Two Chinese nationals were arrested in Pooneryn for engaging in business activities while in Sri Lanka in a tourist visa, Police said. The two persons were arrested yesterday at the Pooneryn town while selling imitation goods claiming it was gold. The two men who were produced before a Magistrate in Vavuniya have been remanded till April 24. Further investigations are underway.![]()
